• Arbitrated directly a pre-filing coverage dispute between two insurance companies (2009)
• Successfully mediated dozens of ITC Section 337 investigations and related USDC cases involving patent infringement, trademark/trade dress and unfair competition in numerous distinct lines of international commerce. (2010 to present)
